First off it is not congestive heart failure. Congestive heart disease is referred to as Congestive cardiomyopathy. This long word breaks down to three parts cardio, meaning heart, myo, meaning muscle, and pathy meaning pertaining to a disorder or disease. It is cause by many things but the most famous cases are youth sports tragedies. They stress the heart to the point of death and stress our hearts for life.
